– Oversight of 8 subsidiaries in Europe and internationally (350 employees, €100M revenue) – Definition of the ESG strategic roadmap with a 2030 horizon and operational deployment – CSRD compliance support and implementation (as a family office-owned stake) – Carbon footprint assessment (Scopes 1, 2, and 3) and definition of the decarbonization trajectory – Support for the structuring and issuance of a Sustainability-Linked Loan (SLL) – Definition of a circular economy strategy and deployment of initiatives tailored to each subsidiary's key challenges (waste and water management, packaging reduction, etc.) – Strengthening ESG risk management across the supplier value chain – Deployment of social & security initiatives (employee satisfaction, gender equality index, security) – Responsible for ESG / sustainability reporting and disclosure

– Definition of strategies for various clients (ESG strategies, digital & IA strategies) – Assessment of maturity levels – Competitive benchmarking, market watch, and tool selection processes (RFI / RFP, etc.) – Facilitation of ideation workshops (Design Thinking) with C-level executives to define the target vision – Business case analysis – Definition of the implementation roadmap – Definition of the Target Operating Model, including RACI, governance, target processes, and gap analysis – Support to clients in the implementation of structuring programs to deliver ESG services and tools – Awareness raising and training programs – Identification and qualification of opportunities, including KPI definition and process design (as-is / to-be) – End-to-end implementation, including deployment supervision (management of development teams, coordination with software vendors, etc.) – Definition of the change management strategy and deployment of an action plan based on four key pillars (impacting 1,000+ employees) – Stakeholder engagement and mobilization (Executive Committee, employees, ambassador network setup and animation) – Communication strategy (internal, branch-level, and external client communications) – Training strategy (multi-channel: classroom training, test environments, development of role-based guidelines, etc.) – Adoption monitoring (hypercare phase, hotline setup, and incident management)
