Key Achievements: • Built and scaled the People & Culture function to support hypergrowth and post-acquisition integration. • Implemented HRIS and automation, improving efficiency, scalability and data reliability. • Designed global performance and compensation frameworks, increasing alignment and transparency. • Led the Learning & Leadership strategy, including a global partnership with Coursera. • Embedded company values into onboarding, employee journey and engagement initiatives, strengthening culture and alignment at scale.
