Member of the Advisory Leadership team. As the OCM Advisory TC Lead for the Netherlands, Marielle has demonstrated sustained high performance in creating the future for the Avanade business and clients, aligned with the Avanade and Advisory strategy. She is leading one of the best performing OCM practices globally and enables impact beyond her own market, as she finds synergy and drives collaboration across the Europe area. Marielle has sustained the team, leveraging her network, seizing all opportunities to impact and grow the business outcomes for Avanade. Furthermore, Marielle is an expert on OCM Advisory solutions with industry focus, which also includes enabling growth of the Workplace and Security Advisory practices. She has developed and executed go-to-market strategies via internal, external, and alliance partner stakeholders striving for visibility, collaboration and growth. The OCM Netherlands internal employee survey result of September 2023 are a testimony of her leadership, reaching the highest scores in wellbeing and engagement amongst all the TC’s in the Netherlands, whilst keeping attrition very low. Marielle built the OCM team explicitly around Avanade’s principles, nurturing trust, transparency, honest evaluations, continuous learning and shared responsibility. She constantly does her utmost to accelerate impact for Avanade's clients through well established and maintained relationships with Accenture and Microsoft Customer Success Management.

Purchasing of promotional items, stock maintenance of all marketing promotional items for 150 sales reps and 25 Marketeers, supervising warehouse of all promotional materials, coordination of all advertising in magazines and mailing materials used by Marketing Department for sales representatives, creation of Purchase orders, monitoring all purchases, goods receipts, invoices, publications and mailings, coordination of compliance project for audit.

Assitance of Product Managers and their salesforce, purchase orders, organizing meetings, mailings, contracts, sponsoring, monitoring compliance, CME and congresses. Assistance of Product Manager Contraceptives (puchasing, maintenance of promotional materials). Taking minutes, agendas, meetings. Overall sales, marketing and management team assistance during MSD and Schering-Plough merger . Closing Schering-Plough in financial matters, closing Houten office, coordination of move to Haarlem office, Organisation of Marketing lauch of new product.
