During my internship, I had the opportunity to showcase my strong communication skills by developing a comprehensive communication strategy for the project. This involved crafting effective messages and ensuring their successful dissemination to the relevant stakeholders. Additionally, I contributed to the selection of icons and roll-up materials, enhancing visual representation and brand consistency. In the realm of Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), I played a vital role in defining a vulnerability matrix, which served as a valuable tool for assessing project impact and identifying areas of improvement. I also provided valuable input on disability-related considerations, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility throughout the project implementation. Moreover, I conducted extensive research and mapping of Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), facilitating informed decision-making and strategic partnerships. As part of my administrative responsibilities, I efficiently handled service order roll-ups, ensuring seamless coordination of resources and timely delivery. I also drafted a comprehensive Terms of Reference (TOR) for a facilitator, ensuring clarity and effectiveness in project-related workshops and training sessions. Additionally, I assisted in procurement services, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and streamlining processes. Furthermore, I managed event requests and conducted thorough research to curate a shortlist of suitable hotels, demonstrating my organizational and logistical prowess. Throughout my internship, I demonstrated a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to both communication and administrative tasks. I effectively utilized my communication skills to develop strategies, collaborated with diverse stakeholders, contributed to M&E initiatives, and ensured seamless administrative support.
