Working in an international team with Online Charging System as tester and integration engineer, which I am responsible for managing BSS , controlling and investigating convergent Billing/Rating/Charging of the entire Prepaid and Postpaid system of TIM Carrier Brazil. Performing integration tasks, implementation and configuration mainly making joint tests with other vendors in war-room environment; Analysis of requirements / compliances from architecture team's scope definition, BPMN flows using Jira, BSS order management; Support for FQA/IT/UAT/Production tests involving WebServices from other third-party companies. SOAPUI usage and tests, XML-level analysis, SOAP based on pre-defined WSDL. Level 2 and 3 investigation regarding opened defects for customer application; Defect management, user testing support for all circumstances; Analysis and traceroute of logs, TCPDUMP collecting for analysis under wireshark; Bugs reporting to HQ development team in final case; Flows analysis involving, DCC, diameter, SS7, SMPP, CAP, Camel, CS1+, Ro+ ; Administration in Linux CentOS, RedHat and Windows Server systems; Queries, updates and procedure data in MySQL, SQL and Oracle; Mobile Number Portability (MNP) integration with other Carriers; Provisioning background involving entire subscriber life cycle ; Operations and maintenance involving 3GPP, ITU specifications and CORE network elements (HLR, DRA, PCRF, GGSN, SGSN, OLM, CHF, PCF) and interfaces Sy, Gy, Gx for 3G, 4G and 5G.

Handling corporate customer requests from registration to ticket closure, performing necessary troubleshooting, configuration analysis, installation, updating and tracking in order to identify gaps in VAS tools offered to customers: RTCG, SMSC, MMS, Message Gateway, Anti-Spam . Deployment, configuration and training after baby sitting later on when Project Solution goes to Production. Technical report, documentation of procedures inherent to maintenance windows, tests procedures and updates based on Release Notes. Escalation of incidents for other experts eng. or HQ product developers. Remote project support, acting as a focal point for Latin America. Remote configuration on switches, routers and data links (L2L, SDH and DWDM) using VPN access. Administration of Unix systems, Linux Redhat, Windows Server, virtualized environments and MySQL. SQL database. Working with mobile network protocols (SS7, SMPP, SDP, Diameter and SNMP), infrastructure and architecture of these networks. Monitoring and configuration in Cacti, Nagios and Fluke Netflow. Development of scripts, patches and analysis, troubleshooting based on TCPDumps.

Working in the GM IMAC's team performing filtering, analysis and registration of IT requests, issues regarding to IT networks and telephony, in order to forward them to the responsible area for fixing execution or face to face resolution. Customers: GM South Africa, Israel, Brazil and other countries.

Working as a programming intern in the Engineering department, using programming language such as DotNet , VbNet, C ## and using Visual Studio 2005 platform.
