New responsibilities: 1. HR Operational Leadership & Service Coordination • Co-managed the HR department with the HR Manager, ensuring effective day-to-day coordination and prioritization of operational activities. • Acted as the main point of contact for operational HR matters, providing support to teams and management to streamline processes and ensure consistency across practices. 2. Onboarding & Employee Training Initiatives • Designed and delivered onboarding programs for new hires, including collective induction sessions and personalized support. • Developed engaging HR materials to support newcomers and facilitate integration into organizational culture and procedures.

Core HR Operations & Administrative Management • Supported the deployment of national and local HR policies in close collaboration with the HR Manager. • Provided strategic HR advisory to the Centre’s Executive Management on regulatory and organizational matters. • Led the full-cycle recruitment process for administrative roles and independently managed the recruitment of scientific staff (researchers, PhD candidates, postdoctoral fellows). • Oversaw all employee administrative procedures: onboarding agreements, hosted staff management, work permits, probation tracking, dual employment authorizations, etc. • Coordinated public service recruitment campaigns and competitive examinations (researchers, engineers, PhDs, etc.). • Supported individual career development processes: internal mobility, secondments, leaves of absence, and redeployments. • Implemented HR social action policies (inclusion, disability, diversity). • Actively contributed to cross-functional working groups aimed at optimizing HR processes and workflows.
