Full redesign of an internal L'Oréal corporate news and internal press platform used to share articles, forums, and key information across teams. Defined art direction from scratch, built a production-ready design system, and worked closely with PO and PM teams to align design with business objectives.

Led the full redesign of the Laboratoire Phytocontrol website — facilitating stakeholder workshops to identify business and user needs, defining key user flows and proposing wireframes, designing new features, and creating a scalable UI kit. Redesigned the full range of screens and worked closely with developers throughout implementation to ensure design consistency and a smooth handoff.

Led the full redesign of a complex SaaS platform for CMA CGM, a global leader in shipping and logistics: covering art direction, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design system. Worked as 1 of 2 designers alongside 15 POs and 15 developers across multiple cross-functional teams, centralizing and prioritizing stakeholder needs to deliver a cohesive and scalable product experience.
