About me
Intro
I’m a Senior Brand & Digital Designer with 10+ years of experience designing brands and systems in digital environments. My work sits at the intersection of brand, experience, and systems thinking, helping organizations translate complex value propositions into clear, usable, and scalable digital products. I integrate research, validation, and systems thinking as tools to inform design decisions in real contexts, e-commerce, startups, and complex platforms, working from problem definition to flow structuring and interaction design, prioritizing improvements based on impact and severity. Recent work includes: • Full e-commerce flow evaluation through moderated testing (Loop11), heuristic analysis, and SUS (90.63), prioritizing insights to guide experience improvements. • End-to-end design and validation of Missliv (UOC UX Master’s): quantitative research, Lean UX Canvas, Card Sorting (8 participants), and multi-layer evaluation (SUS 86). • Structuring complex platforms for non-technical users through information architecture and visualization focused on clarity and comprehension. I aim to contribute to teams where design has real business impact, connecting brand, experience, and strategy to build clear, coherent, and scalable digital products.

This experience strengthened my interest in brand systems and their active implementation within organisations and digital platforms.

Worked as part of a multidisciplinary team focused on developing brand strategies through a human-centred approach, integrating research, conceptualisation, and design direction. Contributed to projects where identity, storytelling, and experience needed to coexist consistently across multiple touchpoints, collaborating closely with strategy, design, and technology teams. This stage shaped much of my current perspective on design: understanding brands not only as visual identities but as clear, consistent, and meaningful experiences.
