Introduction

Currently working as a Data Engineer, I'm a bioinformatician by training. My skills range from data acquisition to making data available to end users through robust data pipelines (ETL or ELT) building. I'm also at the charge of the deployment of ML models in providing end-to-end ML pipelines. All of these tasks are automated on on-premise instances or in the cloud applying dataops best practices at every step. What else ? I like keys 🎹 and guitar 🎸.
