As a QA Consultant, I contributed to the quality of MAWAD’s website by collaborating daily with the Emirates team: 🎯 Cross-functional collaboration: I worked closely with developers, business analysts, and the Product Owner to understand requirements, clarify any doubts, and ensure high-quality deliverables. 🎯 Active participation in Scrum ceremonies: I took part in Agile rituals (Daily Stand-ups, Grooming, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives) to stay aligned with the team and follow QA tasks efficiently. 🎯 Writing manual test cases: I created manual test cases based on functional specifications, covering critical scenarios and business requirements. 🎯 Functional testing with Xray: I planned and executed functional test campaigns by importing Excel (CSV) files into Xray for structured test management. 🎯 Targeted regression testing: I ran regression tests focused on high-impact areas to make sure core features were not affected after each release. 🎯 API testing with Postman and Swagger: I validated API endpoints using Postman and Swagger, checking responses, status codes, and data formats. 🎯 Data validation with SQL: I ran SQL queries to validate data mapping between the UI and the database, ensuring accuracy and consistency. 🎯 Mobile testing (Android, iOS): I tested the website’s compatibility on mobile browsers (Android and iOS), validating responsive design, correct display, and data consistency with the web version. 🎯 Analyzing results and identifying issues: I analyzed test results to detect functional gaps and unexpected behaviors. 🎯 Bug tracking with Jira: I reported, prioritized, and tracked bugs in Jira, working with developers and business analysts to ensure timely resolution. #ManualTesting #JIRA #Xray #APIPostman #SQL #TestCases #SoftwareQuality #FunctionalTesting #MobileAppTesting #RegressionTesting #Laravel #PerformanceTesting #SoftwareTesting
