Project 1 – B2B Electronic Invoicing QA activities for a B2B electronic invoicing module, covering invoice issuance, business rules and exchanges between systems. • Designed and maintained test cases in Xray covering invoice amounts, rounding rules, credit notes, rejection handling and status tracking. • Performed REST API testing with Postman and SQL checks to validate data consistency, access rights, duplicate prevention and recovery after transmission failures. • Identified a duplicate-invoicing risk during recovery testing and added an automated regression test. • Worked with business stakeholders and developers to clarify requirements, define acceptance criteria and track defects through resolution. Project 2 – Internal Request Management Portal Functional and technical validation of an Angular / Symfony portal connected to Jira, supporting internal request tracking and ticket lifecycle management. • Designed and executed functional tests covering authentication, navigation, forms, filters and ticket operations. • Validated REST API endpoints with Postman and automated key end-to-end user journeys with Playwright. • Maintained test documentation, tracked defects and reported test coverage and release readiness in collaboration with the development team. Cross-project contributions • Developed and maintained automated tests using Playwright and TypeScript, with business assertions, isolated test data and reusable components. • Collaborated with developers to integrate pre-merge smoke tests and nightly regression runs into GitLab CI. • Investigated test failures using execution reports and traces, and contributed to acceptance testing and release validation. 🧰 Tools: Playwright, TypeScript, Postman, SQL, Jira, Xray, Confluence, GitLab CI.

From January 2021 to October 2023, I worked as a QA Tester on internal software solutions used for personnel management, leave tracking, and stock control. My role involved designing and executing functional test cases, validating application updates before deployment, and monitoring defect resolution through detailed test reports. I collaborated closely with both technical teams (developers) and administrative stakeholders to understand functional requirements and ensure high-quality deliverables. I also contributed to updating test data sets for campaigns and participated in the continuous improvement of manual testing processes, enhancing reliability and efficiency.
