Stakeholder Management: Engaging with business stakeholders, data owners, and data users to understand their data needs, provide insights, and facilitate effective communication and collaboration. Data Governance: Contribute to the development and implementation of data governance policies, standards, and processes for the data warehouse. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, security protocols, and best practices for data management. Data Analysis: Analyze existing data sources and data models to identify gaps, inconsistencies, or areas for improvement. Perform data profiling and data quality assessments to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data within the data warehouse. Data Privacy and Security: Ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and implementing data security measures to protect sensitive and confidential information. This includes working closely with data engineer and security teams to define access controls and data masking techniques. Data Documentation: Metadata management to facilitate data understanding, knowledge sharing, and future analysis. Data Modeling: Work closely with data architects and data modelers to design and maintain the logical and physical data models for the data warehouse. Ensure that the models align with business requirements and are optimized for performance and scalability. Data Analysis: Analyze existing data sources and data models to identify gaps, inconsistencies, or areas for improvement. Perform data profiling and data quality assessments to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data within the data warehouse

• Collaborate in IBPS project activities. • Performing root cause analysis for recurring incidents, design and executing test plans. • Monitor business system changes, post change validation, to make sure they are working effectively. • Ensuring high level TAT on all customer issues by providing solution to the issues raised

 Liaison between business unit, remote clients, and vendor ensuring collaborative relationship.  Adept skills in troubleshooting and handling Newgen’s OmniFlow Intelligent Business Process Suite (OmniFlow iBPS) System.  Advanced level working with MS SQL Server and database systems. Ability to create complex SQL queries to satisfy interface and reporting requirements.  Conduct the research and analysis of business systems and submit change requests when necessary, following appropriate standards. Monitor business system changes, post change validation, to make sure they are working effectively.  Initiate system change requests to fulfil client or business unit requests for new or modified system functionality. Track change request through life-cycle.  Provides guidance and support to users to maximize system capabilities and user knowledge  Improve the quality of reporting and data by identifying and analyzing user requirements  Support and advocate for (IBPS) BPM enhancements to provide an efficient day to day process and ensure effectiveness of the people involved in the process. Identify system bottlenecks and provide a solution to eliminate the bottlenecks.

• Generating client specific SQL based reports. • Installation, Configuration & Troubleshooting of Software Components. • Experience with iBusiness, ProSacco, IPAS (Pension Administration System), ERP (Microsoft Dynamics SL), Software products of INTSOFT (K) LTD. • Evaluation of client requirements. • Designing, developing and maintaining reports used by technical staff and ERP systems users • Troubleshooting Software/Hardware/Networking/OS related queries. • Module testing - - Payroll and HR Modules. • Post production support • System Testing and Documentation • Receiving and responding to client queries and issues in the shortest time possible and escalating to software Development team when need be. • Preparing daily and weekly reports for the supervisor.
