In an increasingly connected world, this application will enable SG ABS to simplify and automate the integration of its new recruits. By offering a user-friendly and intuitive interface, the application will facilitate the management of administrative formalities, disseminate requirements at the various stages of integration, provide information on internal policies and procedures, and collect statistics on employee interaction. Tasks performed: - Functional analysis: Needs assessment, drafting of functional and technical specifications. - UI/UX design: Creation of user interface mockups for the web and mobile versions. - Full-stack development: --- Back-end implementation with Spring Boot, security with Spring Security, and data persistence with Hibernate and MySQL --- Front-end development with React for web and Flutter for mobile - Testing: Writing/executing unit tests with JUnit to ensure code reliability - Versioning: Tracking developments via Git and GitHub, with a clear organization of branches and deliverables.
