Objet is the first platform dedicated to collectible design and holds annual curatorial design exhibitions. I joined the team as a service and product designer, where my primary focus was to streamline the internal and external processes of the exhibitions from pre-show, during, and post-show phases resulting in notable improvements in operational efficiency. Some impacts that I could mention: Improved operational efficiency; Streamlined processes resulted in reduced lead times and increased productivity. Enhanced visitor experience: Clear communication and effective coordination ensured a seamless and enjoyable experience for visitors. Strengthened relationships: Collaboration with stakeholders fostered strong relationships and built trust that facilitated smoother project execution and elevated overall outcomes. Create wireframes, and detailed user flows for new product features and improvements in website based on quantitative research and business goal.

I joined frog as a service design intern and had the opportunity to work on complex service design projects across diverse industries, including finance, healthcare, and a social impact projects in multi-disciplinary teams. My key contributions included: Design research: Conducted impactful research utilizing various methods translating gathered insights into design concepts, opportunities and flows. Co-design workshops: Designed and facilitated end-to-end design workshops with global participants. Guiding the process to generate innovative solutions, and uncovering systematic issues. Stakeholder mapping: Analyzed and mapped stakeholder interdependencies and relationships to inform strategic decision-making and optimize project outcomes.

I joined CILAB as service designer of the multidisciplinary team that shaped to come up with an idea to support local businesses through and post-Covid. Led the development of a comprehensive service strategy aimed at helping local and offline restaurants in navigating the challenges of the pandemic era, transitioning their business models from single-channel to multi-channel approaches for enhanced resilience.
