– Co-founded Nine Exclusive Furniture, a luxury furniture brand specialising in bespoke, high-end pieces for residential and commercial projects across the UAE. – I lead the strategic development of the brand, from product design direction to business expansion, working closely with architects, interior designers, and premium real estate developers. – I oversee sourcing, production quality, and supplier partnerships to ensure craftsmanship, materials, and finishes meet the highest standards of the luxury interior market. – Today, Nine Exclusive Furniture is positioned as an emerging premium player in Dubai's design ecosystem, combining tailored aesthetics, exclusive collections, and a client-focused approach.

– Supported MAIRE Group's EPC operations by leading talent acquisition for major energy and chemical projects across Europe, UAE and Africa. I worked directly with project leadership to secure engineering, construction and HSE talent for high-value, time-critical project phases. – I handled the full recruitment cycle, sourcing, technical assessment coordination, offer management and mobilisation, ensuring project teams were staffed accurately and within operational deadlines. My role combined recruitment expertise with a strong understanding of EPC project constraints and workforce planning. – Key contributions included supporting the staffing of multi-billion-dollar programmes such as Hail & Gasha, BOROUGE Complex and Zcina Train 4 LPG (Sonatrach), and building international talent pipelines across Europe, MENA and Asia to meet specialised hiring needs.

– Led security operations for Eni Congo's onshore oil & gas activities, overseeing a workforce of more than 300 security personnel across the Mboundi field. I was responsible for site protection, risk mitigation and operational continuity for a total population of 950+ employees and contractors. – I managed security protocols, incident response and compliance requirements in a high-risk environment, conducting regular audits and risk assessments to ensure safe operations. My role also included coordination with local authorities and government agencies to maintain alignment with national security regulations and support uninterrupted field operations.

– Founded and operated a luxury F&B concept in Singapore, combining a production unit and a boutique specialising in high-end desserts for both retail and B2B clients. I led the full development of the business, from market positioning to commercial expansion. – I managed operations, finance, HR and compliance, while driving partnerships with hotels, restaurants and premium retailers. My role also included overseeing product development, supply chain, and branding to establish the company within Singapore's highly competitive F&B landscape.

– Provided intelligence support for private clients and corporate organisations, conducting threat analysis, risk assessments and due-diligence investigations. – I contributed to security decision-making by gathering, analysing and structuring actionable intelligence to support operations in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. – My role focused on identifying risks, monitoring sensitive environments and producing intelligence reports used by operational teams and senior management to guide protective measures and strategic security planning.
