About me
Intro
PhD in behavioral neuroscience, postdoc in experimental psychology at Oxford. In 2014, I moved into UX research and brought the scientific method with me. For 12+ years, I've helped Pluxee, L'Oréal, Betclic, Scaleway, CDiscount, Airbus and Moët & Chandon decide based on what users need. I build research practices that outlast my missions and lead exploratory research that shapes new products. I also mentor researchers and teach AI and user research.

A budget allocation tool, two years in development, was barely used. My usability tests across 5 countries showed it had been designed for the wrong users. I convinced the executive committee to pause the roadmap and redesign it. The new version is now used by every marketing department in the group.

Studied how the brain makes decisions, in a Wellcome Trust-funded project at the University of Oxford. Designed and ran behavioral experiments, and measured the brain activity behind each choice. Rigorous protocols, controlled variables, careful analysis: the scientific method I now bring to user research. The question hasn't changed since then: why do people choose what they choose?

Studied how rewards shape the way we learn and remember, in a CNRS-funded PhD at the Université de Bordeaux. Explored when the brain switches from flexible memory to automatic habits, and what drives that switch. Designed and ran behavioral experiments end to end, from protocol to analysis. Habits, rewards, memory: the same mechanisms I now observe in how people use products.
