J’ai défini et lancé des projets web et mobile dans un contexte de scale-up en très forte croissance, tout en définissant les bonnes pratiques produit dans de multiples départements. J’ai mené l’implémentation d’outils de gestion produit et participé à la mise en place d’un Product Development Lifecycle appliqué par tous les départements. J’ai mis en place des best practices de gestion produit par IA. * Gestion produits Web2 e-commerce, Web3, Blockchain, Finance Web3 B2B. Lancement Ledger Academy (web), Ledger Quest (web3), plateforme Ledger Enterprise (SaaS B2B) son application mobile sur iOS et Android, sa plateforme de onboarding HSM. * Création de skills, sub-agents, commandes et processus par IA pour du prototypage, rédaction de documentation et tickets, et sync de branche. * Recherche utilisateur et discovery, établissement des objectifs et KPIs, analyse d’impact, rédaction de spécifications produit, rédaction de user stories, suivi de delivery, post-release analysis. * Optimisation des processus inter-départements et déploiement de standards de management produit et mise en place de tracking d’OKR.

* Responsible for Dealabs and Pepper mobile apps (Pepper, Mydealz, Hotukdeals, Pelando, etc.) * Converting the mobile teams to Agile process management and rituals * Backlog/sprint management, and specifications writing. * International coordination with Pepper group with OKR framework
