Built and led the motion design team within the production company to support a growing client portfolio. Established a structured design process, from strategy to execution and documentation. Recruited, onboarded, and mentored a diverse team of creatives, including interns, freelancers, and full-time employees. Drove business development while guiding the design team through impactful transformation projects in brand content, motion design, and campaigns. Notable clients included Google, YouTube, Deezer, Renault, Karmine Corp, and Cartier.

Supported the sales, the production and post production teams to deliver high-end films, brand content, pitch decks. Client needs analysis, strategic advices, and tailored creative solutions to meet their objectives. Close collaboration with clients at every stage of the process (moodboard, storyboard, styleframes) to ensure visual and narrative consistency. I established structured workflows with my team, covering the entire production pipeline—from ideation, conceptualization, and storyboarding to the final delivery of commercial films. In collaboration with the post-production director, I oversaw every project under my responsibility, ensuring on-time delivery and maintaining high-quality standards for all deliverables.
