My mission is to make Sthree visible on the French STEM market. Sthree is the only global pure-play STEM (Scientific Technical Engineering Mathematics) staffing specialist and has been a pioneer in France in the development of the STEM Freelances market. For more than 15 years, we have been representing STEM Freelance talents through our House of Brands ( Computer Futures, Huxley, Real Staffing and Progressive Recruitment). We now have around 900 Freelancers on clients sites, working on key projects that contributes to the great French Industry.

Driving the CSR actions in France for Sthree. At SThree we bring skilled people together to build the future. One of the ways we achieve this is through using our relationships, intellectual capital and resources to support life changing projects that help people from diverse backgrounds into employment and careers in STEM. It is our aim to build a responsible, trustful and sustainable business that not only has a positive impact on the communities where we operate but transforms them through our collective drive to evoke positive change. FUNDRAISING Our people are passionate about giving back. We have recently completed a partnership with SOS Children’s Villages where we came together and raised over £1m. SThree is excited to launch a long-term partnership with the African Science Academy (ASA). ASA brings together girls from across Africa to study STEM subjects VOLUNTEERING We believe in offering our employees a career with purpose. Every SThree employee can use two paid working days every year to volunteer.

My mission is to further develop our activities in France and accelerate our development in region. Progressive Recruitment is helping its Clients & Candidates in Paris, Lille, Lyon & Toulouse. We cover the IT, Embedded, Engineering markets in France. Throughout this network of offices, we aim to be closer to the market and to offer the best opportunities at all time. My role was to guide our Brussels office on their "Contract offering" on top of my French remit. This 2 years mission gave me the opportunity to get to know a new team and look at how we could best re-organize it. I also had the chance of developing my knowledge on a new market for me, the construction market. As our Brussels office covers IT, Embedded, Engineering and Construction. During this period, we had the occasion to build some strong rapport between France and Belgium and I am proud to see that the number of shared clients significantly increased but also strong of this communication between our two countries, we now share a lot more of the opportunities we have. Therefore our candidates directly benefit from it. I am also really happy to have seen my team reward best Contract team of Progressive Benefra in 2017 to conclude this project.
