Akur8 is an ML-powered pricing solution for insurers. As a Product Manger in a squad composed of 3 data scientists, 3 full stack developers, 1 UX/UI designer, and as part of Akur8's vertical growth strategy, I led the developments of a new data visualization module. We also opened Akur8's modelling capabilities through APIs for automation.

Skaleet is a cloud-first & API-first Core Banking System helping banks to modernize their infrastructures. - We developed a banking mobile app from scratch - I led the partnership with payment terminals suppliers - We developed new end-users onboarding workflows including KYC/KYB processes for compliance - I managed integrations with WebHelp (KYC/KYB), Transactis (card payments), mVisa (QR code payments)

A 7-years, 20M€ program aimed at modernizing the real-time bus network regulation activity in order to provide RATP with key competitive advantages. I led diagnosis activities and expression of operational needs : - The electric buses imposes new constraints on the operations -> I animated workshops to define responsibilities & translate them into functional requirements for information systems - I identified obstacles to quality of service and flexibility in case of great perturbations - I shed light on technical issues regarding the quality of the buses geolocation and their impact quality of service and business KPIs - We automaed cumbersome regulation actions

Evaluation of the bus network regulation activity through data analysis Set up new visualization tools

I worked at the Direction Générale des Entreprises on NiGEM, an international macroeconomic model / software. After the recent software license acquisition, I had to understand and present to the team how to extract relevant information from an appropriate use of the software.

Topic: group field theory. I focused on its cosmological sector. More precisely, I performed the calculations leading to the isotropic reduction in 3D spacetime, in a way which is generalisable to the relevant 4D-case.

Topic: the oculomotor system of the zebrafish larvae. On the basis of experimental data (collected while submitting the larvae to a motion aftereffect optical illusion), I designed a firing-rate model for the larvae's oculomotor system which offers an explanation to the experiment's results.

Topic: the dynamics of a 2D confined elastic rod. I improved of the pre-existing experimental set-up, did image processing with Matlab, and a studied the statistical properties of the system.
