CA Consumer Finance business development team is involved in the entire development chain: From the detection of new opportunities, response to RFI/RFP to the effective roll-out of the new partnership. My goal was to create value for CACF partners by developing concrete and innovative solutions. My main activities were: - Response to RFI/RFP and lead the deployment of new partnership. - Leverage new trends and start-ups to develop new businesses. - Develop efficient and innovative solutions such as Rental with the creation of a new European Leasing Platform, online or retail e-sign, new payment methods on smartphones or loyalty programs. - Roll-out and follow-up of new activities. I worked for example with Apple, Fnac-Darty, Castorama, La Redoute, Orchestra, Free, Evollis, Starterre, BuyWay Personal Finance.

I helped companies develop innovative solutions by relying on design thinking and agility. I managed digital projects in several missions such for: 2014 : CA Consumer Finance, project manager for Castorama loyalty program 2013 : Confluenc.es, associate founder; freelance agency providing digital & editorial consulting, design thinking and agility 2013 : La Redoute, web coordinator & implementation of the quality & test automatisation strategy 2012 : Maxxing, functional project manager for Carrefour China 2012 : French Ministry of Economy & Finance, RFP management for the new Extranet 2010-2011 : Voyages-Sncf.Com, project management and white label partnership development for the Green Metasearch (Eco-Comparateur) 2009 : Sydney, Perth in Australia, web development for an e-commerce & social portal; SEO optimizations

Commercial activity: budget estimate, redaction of commercial proposals and key account management. Project management: functional design, project planning, project documentation, research and deal with suppliers. Team management: management of development team (4 developers and integrators) and with others department.

When I was a student, I created my own web agency with an associate. I worked on the business plan, defined the commercial strategy and developed websites both for clients and our own business.
