Assigned to the eCare platform, an aggregator of smart-home device data. This product allows Engie's applications to display energy consumption and production data for both their customers and experts. Entirely cloud based with AWS services used (Kinesis, DynamoDB, Lambda) Key achievements: * Implemented KPIs measuring the quantity of data generated, the speed of ingestion and the quality (latencies and errors). Used the KPIs the business value and prove the viability of eCare as a product. * Managed the backlog, releases and delivery of new features in coordination with other eCare teams. * Ran discovery with interviews and workshops with API users (developers, PMs) as well as potential partners * Redesigned the architecture with the team through workshops to dissociate consumption and production data management from other services of the eCare platform such as the device lifecycle services (creation, commissioning or deactivation of devices).
