In charge of the Organic Waste Recovery Center in Martinique. Analyzing and improving organisational processes but also quality, productivity and efficiency. In charge of a 15's people team, we are manufacturing compost and electricity from green and food waste collected throughout the territory of Martinique. Two disctinct sectors to accomplish this goal: - Processing green waste to enhance in compost - Methanizing food waste to enhance biogaz in electricity

CEM is an agrifood group made up of various companies from shipment to the flour manufacturing mills with 400 employees. As quality manager, I was able to be in charge of: • Monitoring of group companies for health quality safety & environment. • Technical support for agro-industrial entities (HACCP plan, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, OHSAS 18001 ...) • Technical support for the health and safety monitoring of group companies (single risk assessment document, monitoring of compulsory periodic audits, training, monitoring, evaluation of prevention of professional risk with digital-st and GPS-ST, and SFI World Bank standards) • Animation of training on QHSE subjects (HACCP and Food Safety, ATEX, Evacuation and Major Risks, SST) • Management of relations with the state control bodies (French, Saint Lucien, Dominican): DAAF - DIECCTE - Deal, SLNBS • Security mission within maritime companies (compulsory periodic verification, staff training, security audit during loading / unloading operations).

In charge of the monitoring and implementation of the sustainable supply chain policy. Supporting the Sales Department to improve its logistical raw material procurement. Evaluation of suppliers, risk assessment Suppliers/Origins. Implementation, monitoring and set up of internal and external certifications (IFS Broker, Fairtrade, Bioswiss, SwissGap). Ensure compliance of products (regulations, customer specifications, social, ethical ...). Supporting suppliers in the development of various repositories: BSCI,GRASP, SA8000, SEDEX,Global GAP,FairTrade, Bioswiss.

Manager of agricultural property. 40 Ha of orchard and 4 Ha of vineyard. Certified sustainable production (VITISWISS, SWISSGAP,VINATURA, PER/PI). Supporting to the strategic-decision making of the company. 5 to 50 employees. Crop protection Management.

Technical person in charge of the staff (25), the material (equipment), the certifications (GLOBALGAP). Agro-environmental management 500 HA, 17 000 T.

Responsible for the management of the agricultural company, the staff, the production, the quality. Certification GLOBALGAP, BANAGAP. Agro-environmental management. 80 ha, 3000 tons Reference Individual, 45 employees.

Responsible for the implementation, for the follow-up and the evaluation of the agricultural, social and environmental development projects in partnerships with local institutions, the Ivory Coast civil society(non-trading company) and the international investors. 500 000-euros budget, 50 projects.

Advises and sales activities with olive growers, tree-dwelling producers and wine-growers.

In charge of the environmental study of the Fair trade Coffee on a local cooperative, Oro Verde.
