Merging the CRM of two subsidiaries (Vialink and Universign) into a single Salesforce platform, restructuring data architecture to prepare the company for a buy-out by a US investment fund, deploy international best practices in France, plan for the deployment of Salesforce CPQ in 2026. -System architecture: integration of CRM (Salesforce) with marketing platform (Hubspot), accounting software (Pennylane), support system (Zendesk) and legal collaboration software (Formality) -Process reengineering, adoption by France of international best practices -Change management: make Salesforce usable and used by French sales team -Definition and follow-up of KPIs (reports, dashboards)

Following internal reorganization (closing of Brussels office), Ingenico was looking for a Salesforce Project Manager to manage the transition to a permanent, internally recruited PM. Objectives: -Manage the Run of the existing platform -Prepare and present to the board the projects for 2025: integration of Salesforce with 3rd party systems, management by Salesforce of the service support of Ingenico terminals -Manage the contractors’ team, track costs, prepare budget Multi-Cloud Salesforce (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, CPQ, Field Service under review) Management of nearshore and offshore Developpement (10 people) and Support (4 people) teams Developpement of integration with SAP, JIRA, other 3rd party systems.

Forterro runs a European Salesforce platform. However, quotes and billing processes are country-specific. Objective: identifying with country Sales and Finance Directors in France, Germany, Poland and Switzerland their specific processes to enable the deployment of Salesforce CPQ. -Salesforce CPQ deployment in France, Germany, Poland and Switzerland. -Definition and follow-up of country-specific requirements -Migration, integration with ERP, UAT management

-Realize "as is" audit and propose a "to be" roadmap to relaunch Salesforce, following a corporate break-up -Manufacturing Cloud (deployed but unused) -Propose integration architecture (with ERP and a pricing engine)

Design « from scratch » of a new Excel capability “Eikon Excel” to replace « PowerPlus Pro » (+100 000 users): real-time financial information delivery for trading floors. In-time delivery, high reliability (for high-pressure environments), quick delivery of product enhancements, change management (from “waterfall” to “Agile”), setting up/training migration teams in Europe, North America and Asia. Product functionality: -Retrieval of financial and market data in real time -Contribution -Financial analytics Activities: 1) Product specification: gathering requirements from end-users, internal power users, sales, trainers. 2) Project management: leading development, QA, documentation, ergonomics teams. Leading the merger between Canal+ Poland and UPC (December 2001): -Overseeing Due Diligence, filing to the Competition Authorities (stating why the merger should be allowed to proceed) -Re-negotiations with 3rd party channels (15% savings), definition of the platform's development strategy. -Management of 12 Project Teams, in charge of IT, technical, marketing, financial and legal aspects -Subscriber management -Business Intelligence: analysis of subscribers portfolio (sales, upgrades, payments)

Providian Credit Cards Needs assessment, specifications, testing, implementation plan for: -Development of a Risk Assessment Process (RAP) -Evaluation of the risks associated with a new IT project, controls to mitigate the risks. Securities Industry Association (SIA) Decimalization Impact study The study was an analysis of the impact that decimalization has had on a pilot group of securities, with a focus on: -customer savings (i.e. narrowing of spreads) -capacity planning (i.e. change in the number of trades and quotes).
