Supporting RTE in its business project to build 9 rooms operating 24/7 for the operation and maintenance of the electricity network with the aim of decarbonization : Project management - Updating the Project Management Plan (PMP) and associated governance - Reporting and chairing the committee for the opening of 9 H24 rooms and the deployment of 2 new IT systems - Monitoring the project portfolio roadmap, identifying risks and controlling them - Creation of a quarterly dashboard to enable the Executive Committee to monitor industrial transformations Change management - Creation and follow-up of an annual communication plan - Creation of a serious game to enable employees to plan for the transformation - Transformation feedbacks following each key milestone

Supporting Kering in the transformation of the data team with a new platform focused on data products : Budget management and optimization - IT procurement, from tendering to invoicing, for 140 consultants and 54 suppliers - Implementation of a budget tracking process within the team to streamline IT costs - Implementation of KPIs for budget tracking and creation of a Power BI dashboard. Portfolio management - Management of a portfolio of 50 projects via ITIL CABs to assess the gains and benefits, the technique and the associated change management - Implementing Agility at Scale - Facilitation of workshops to assess current practices and knowledge - Acculturation of teams to the concept of agility - Implementation of tools: Jira backlogs, project capitalization in Confluence, and facilitation of the first PI planning
