Introduction
I'm a product leader who brings clarity to ambiguous environments, whether a company is scaling fast or operating under cost pressure. Over 15 years in B2B and B2B2C SaaS, I've done both. At Aircall, I grew from Senior PM to Head of Product during the company's hypergrowth to unicorn status. At Worldia, a travel tech platform distributed through ~180 travel agency networks, I was VP Product and an ExCom member, leading product and design through two reorganizations and a cost-reduction plan, with no break in delivery. What I bring:- Strategy tied to business impact: governance from the ExCom down to the squads, so every initiative is prioritized and measured by its impact.- Product organizations that deliver: team design, career ladders, PRD and escalation processes, and a shift from features to outcomes.- AI-native product, in practice: I defined Worldia's AI-native vision (a transactional AI trip builder) and use AI daily to prototype, write specs and automate operations.- B2B platforms and partnerships: white-label and reseller programs (Verizon at Aircall, The Luxurist at Worldia), supplier integrations, B2B2C models. A few results: 300+ operations hours saved per month through AI-assisted purchasing, ~€300k saved per year through booking automation, 2x travelers on several destinations after relaunching the home page and offer merchandising.Engineering graduate (École Centrale de Lille) with a business degree (SKEMA Business School). Based in Lille, open to Paris and hybrid roles. Happy to connect.

– Led two product & tech reorganizations, from 4 component teams to 2 cross-functional squads plus an AI stream, through a major cost-reduction plan and with no break in delivery. – Cut operating costs through automation: AI-assisted supplier purchasing (300+ ops hours saved per month) and debook/rebook automation (~€300k saved per year). – Relaunched the home page and offer merchandising: 2x travelers on several destinations for winter 25/26, up to +50% YoY conversion on animated content, -87% manual merchandising time. – Defined the AI-native product vision adopted by the ExCom: the only transactional AI trip builder, versus affiliate-model players. Built custom AI tools for the squads (specs, user stories, bug reports, delivery dashboards). – Set up product governance from ExCom to squads (impact-based initiative lifecycle, Now/Next/Later roadmap, monthly review) and structured the function: career ladder, PRD process, bug escalation (-75% backlog). – Key launches & partnerships: white-label partnership with The Luxurist (PCI DSS compliance, SLA management), new accommodation search, in-app payment revamp, Guide Me travel companion app, AI-generated hotel content pipeline, Air Caraïbes embedded booking widget, AERticket & SNCF certifications.
