I build and run MattonEsthetik, a B2B SaaS platform used by aesthetic centres across France and its overseas territories to run their entire business from one place. Solo technical founder: I design, code, deploy, secure and support the product end to end. What the platform does: - Smart scheduling with per-practitioner and per-service buffers, automated waiting lists and gap-filling suggestions - Client records, digital consent forms and photo tracking, signed on a tablet or from the client's phone - Payments and checkout, with invoices sealed and continuously numbered to meet French NF525 cash-register requirements - Stripe Connect payouts, so each centre is paid directly on its own account - Loyalty cards, referral programme and gift cards sold online - Public booking pages, an institute directory and accounting exports for each centre's bookkeeper Engineering highlights: - Go and PostgreSQL backend, Next.js frontend, self-hosted on Docker with reproducible one-command deploys - Two mobile apps built with Capacitor, one for professionals and one for their clients, submitted to the App Store and Google Play - Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes for loyalty and gift cards - Client notes encrypted at rest, GDPR processing register, consent gating and automated data retention purges - Per-centre time zones, so an overseas institute announces the right hour to its clients - Cookie-free self-hosted analytics, behavioural intrusion auto-banning and real-time security alerting - Currently preparing the platform for the French electronic invoicing and e-reporting reform What I actually spend my days on: talking to practitioners, turning what they describe into working software, and making sure nothing breaks at four in the morning. Most of my technical decisions come from a support conversation rather than a roadmap. Mattonekip is a second product I designed and shipped.
