Simplified multiple user flows per sprint within a complex smart home ecosystem used by millions of end-users throughout the world. Managed dozens of UX-UI features independently end-to end, from kick-off to developer handoff, within a 20-people cross-functional agile team. Conducted guerrilla user tests on high-fidelity prototypes to resolve ambiguities, validate concepts and enable development. Pressure tested concepts with development leads, finding workarounds to balance user experience with technical feasibility.

BimBamJob is a French employment agency, a growing social start-up that helps people get back on track and find a job. Its software, Horizon, is developed in-house and is used by the company's social workers to support their job seekers. Redesigned a core tool used daily by 12 coaches, each supporting up to 100 candidates. Facilitated cross-functional sessions aligning coaches, devs and PMs on a shared redesign direction. Delivered a tested, documented prototype that grounded months of subsequent senior designer work.

Ran the studio's first playtests in a year to give the team its first direct signal from real users (Sorbonne students). Mapped the player journey across game modes to identify friction points in the first time user experience.

Travel hitchhiking throughout the World 5 continents, 17 countries and territories, most of them English-speaking I worked in many industries, in many positions, from innkeeping in Ireland to fundraising in New Zealand through selling toys in Canada... It helped me adapt to diverse corporate cultures and management styles.
