- Supply Chain responsible for the implementation of a new version of Oracle based ERP system - Manage and coordinate a group of 5 Key Users (KU) and 1 full time support person - Prime spokesperson to Technip Norway (TNOR) management - Keep all stakeholders updated on progress of project - Preparation and documentation of progress in a clear and concise manner to present to the Steering Committee - Propose and implement innovative solutions regarding system and process changes - Responsible for internal communications and anouncement - Key interaction with all departments : Supply Chain, Finance, Cost Control, Logistics, Contracts. - Work intensively with subject matter experts based in the UK - Perform fit/gap analysis, and provide management recommendations - Organise training and support activities - Organise UAT sessions and debugging

- Responsible for the Rental Equipment Category (REC): RDS, Tensioners, Winches, etc... - Ensure that all required Quality Assurance measures are implemented and followed - Build competences on REC regarding quality, process, spend, cost, market intelligence - Identify opportunities and define the strategy of the REC - Coordinate the commodity in the group procurement network & find synergies - Responsible for maintaining and developing Frame Agreements - Propose and promote initiatives to improve the REC management - Main point of contact for all REC activities in TNOR with the external suppliers - Participation in Project’s tender evaluations, inquiries to suppliers negotiation - Support and follow up projects on REC issues - Contributed on the GEOS Oracle upgrade implementation as a KU with UAT, debugging and training of End Users until becoming Project Manager

- Set up the Project Procurement execution Plan at an early phase of the project - Responsible for inquiries, tender evaluation and selection of vendors - Negotiation with subcontractors and advise on awarding of contracts - Cost control for all procurement packages (budget, actuals, forecasts, variations and invoicing) - Negotiation and follow-up of the procurement activities with the subcontractors - Monthly reporting of status with regards to all Procurement activities, including plan and budget - Contribute to develop competence in the Procurement Department - Key interactions with all departments : Operations, Engineering, Planning, Cost Control, Contracts, Tendering and Subcontractors. - Contributed on the GEOS Oracle upgrade implementation as a KU identifying needs and requirements from our current "as-is" to the future version

- Inquiry studies to design gas and liquid analysis systems for the North Sea - Tendering: Preparation of quotation with technical description, drawings and price - Resources and cost planning - Instrumentation product sales - Establishing of companies and contact prospect list - Following of industry news and contract awards - Trade show company representation - Design, conception, and production of company catalogue

- Design and engineering of gas and liquid analysis systems - Drawings and clarification of specifications with client - Costs allocation and control - Launch and follow up of supplier qualification processes - Procurement for the project - Follow up of the assembly then testing until final delivery to client (FAT)
