Project as consultant: program to improve the security of AFD Information Systems. Project as consultant: Migration and configuration of 1300 switchs/routers to a new exploitation team. Main missions: -Definition/documentation/implementation of a new baseline for all switchs/routers (in replacement of the current configurations). -Hardening device, new VLAN, TACACS+, configuration server, firmware update, SNMPv2 monitoring, time synchronization with NTP server, ACL to protect remote management,... -Device inventory (refresh of the inventory of each facility, network discovery if the inventory was too old) -Configuration and replacement (for legacy ones) -Follow of the change management process: requesting change, review of the change with other teams during the CAB, approvement of the change, scheduling with communication to impacted user, implementation, documentation of the new configurations. -Security training of the new exploitation team

IT Responsible for a small digital society of 50 to 150 users, specialized in production and post-production of movies for TV and cinema. -Definition of the company security policies/procedures/standards, following Motion Picture Association of America guidelines -Creation of a new facility: design and implementation of the information system and security control (CCTV, badge control, strongbox) -Definition of a BCP/DRP policy (adapted to the company size): weekly full backup of SAN on two sites, daily backup of multimedia data on LTO, stored on another facility each evening and managed by a secured transport (checking time of withdrawal, name/signature of the steed), pre-configured spare computer available on each facility, UPS on critical system. -Classification, labelling, watermarking of data (each production had dedicated access, active directory group, vlan, label on each external media storage...) -Incident management -Security training of custodians -Ensure confidentiality/integrity of each production: dedicated vlan, individual account for each user (accounting), dedicated group for each production, RBACL, -Patch management of each workstation/server. -Antivirus (ESET NOD32) on each workstations/servers -Ensure availability of data: clustering of critical server, SANs in RAID6, backup policy, network connections -Secured WiFi, using WPA2- Enterprise mode, with dedicated Vlan access -Remote management using VPN/IPSec and SSH protocols -Monitoring/auditing of all system devices using Nagios, Syslog-NG, Cacti.
