Architectural Refunding - R&D and planing architectural evolution of the apps : From MVVM-like on RX to some unidirectional VIPER flow approach on Combine. - Make the new architecture UI agnostic : View could be SwiftUI or UIKit Modularising - Divide huge monolithic projects into more modular ones - Ultimately, each use case being developed in isolation, saving lots of build time, during dev cycles Unit Testing - Uniflow/modular approach allowing short build cycle, making test-driven-development practicable - Using some gherkin discipline in use cases description so acceptance tests could be transcripted into unit tests Daily tasking on many kinds of business and/or technical aspects - Digital Key management - Complex Filtered/Categorized/Timed documents Viewing UI - CMS defined dynamic screen parsing/Rendering - Journey Workflow routing to/from legacy code and new-architure modules - Apple Watch, Widgets extensions Tooling : - Specs & Planing : JIRA, Confluence - Code Generation : Sourcery, SwiftGen - CI : Github, BitRise
