Being part of the IBM design team for the project of Abu Dhabi Govt digital transformation services, I played a pivotal role in launching three services - Driving a Car, Marriage Services, and Honour the Dead - prioritizing user satisfaction and requirements through collaborative efforts with cross-functional teams. My expertise in designing intuitive and visually appealing interfaces, conducting user research, and implementing design standards and guidelines enabled me to deliver exceptional, user-centric digital experiences that exceeded expectations.

Designed and worked alongside a team of developers to the successful launch of user-centered digital products including mobile app, SaaS Solutions, and websites for different clients across MEAN Region, using subtle persuasion to engage customers and enhance functionality and usability for key audiences to help the customers to use the digital services seamlessly. I managed multiple projects in a collaborative multidisciplinary environment and met tight deadlines. My role involved translating complex business requirements and user needs into innovative, usable solutions while considering technical constraints. I presented concepts to stakeholders, gathering feedback for iterative improvements.
