– Develop, prepare, and manage the design of components with Lear Italy BU for the JIT (Just-in-Time) factory. – Assisted in developing complex plastic and trim components such as side shields, back panels, and armrest covers using CATIA V5 and Siemens NX. – Created full surface stack-ups including B-surface (engineering face) and C-surface (mounting/packaging face) to meet aesthetic, ergonomic, and manufacturing requirements. – Maintained aesthetic and ergonomic design intent by ensuring smooth surface transitions, collaborating closely with styling and product development teams. – Participated in design reviews, supporting the release of 3D models and drawings from concept to production, aligned with GD&T and DFM principles. – Managed engineering change requests (ECRs) and version control through PLM systems, ensuring traceability and documentation accuracy. – Applied understanding of human factors and interior vehicle design constraints to optimize the form, fit, and function of seat components. – Participated in prototyping slow builds in Grugliasco and delivered design updates and improvements based on feedback from testing, prototyping, and supplier inputs.

– Preparation of the laboratory for accreditation according to standards NM-EN200/NM-EN817. – Application of best practices for on-site measurements, including personnel qualification, equipment calibration, and environmental considerations. – Creation of detailed procedure documents for various tests and measurement methods used (seal test, pressure resistance, sizing procedure). – Design of test benches for the different required tests.
