Description: Responsible to support the local customer technical discussions and essential engineering product knowledge. Also, supporting the project status, SW flashing, plants calibration, compiling customer technical issues and translating these into internal engineering requirements to effective and timely resolution. - Communicate with teams of engineers (internal and external) and ensure clear plans and tasks are being followed. - Support the integration of the pack/product at the customer site (Multiple engineering facilities and plants) - Actively support projects to deadlines and support negotiations of critical milestones with the customer. - Act as the primary on-site A123 technical engineering interface to the customer. - Collect customer requirements, evaluate compliance, and note areas of non- conformance and/or opportunities for requirements modification - Support manufacturing plant in resolving build issues related to pack design - Support customer integration efforts through appropriate means, such as conference calls, and travel to customer sites - Coordinate activities of engineering teams to resolve issues

Project: Multimedia System MM2014 – RLINK 2 Description: In charge of all multimedia system engineering activities RLINK 2 (MM2014), responsible for system deliveries by applying the AGILE method, considering architectural constraints (hardware and software), functional, operational, performance, security, quality, cost and maintenance. * Ensure the bimonthly report of system activities of the project. * Adapt validation plans according to the project roadmap. * Contribute to resolve anomalies detected during validations or complained by customer. * Follow the validation process during validations / or life series with Validation Leader. * Analyze the validation reports. * Capitalize the system files and provide feedback to System Architect. * Ensure the system configurations to achieve the desired performance (GCC / BVM / BOMC / UDS / DDT2000)    * Ensure the proper delivery of the GCC Config file. * Make direct interventions in extreme cases (Flashing the system, SW update issue, drive test, etc..). * Organize meetings with the suppliers to ensure the process of delivery. * Fix the correction plans with the supplier for each software generation. * Be in direct contact with the various project, quality, validation and designer teams linked to the scope Technical environment: GCC /BVM/BOMC/UDS  DDT2000 JIRA /LUP

Project: Open Vehicle Infotainment Platform - Continental Automotive & PSA * Analyze and evaluate user requirements, specifications and modules. * Participate in strategy and test design. * Receive test environments. * Develop and implement test tools. * Create test data, write procedures. * Run test cases, either manually or using test execution tools. * Record the results of running the tests. * Participate in the writing of the synthesis report. * Follow the anomalies. * Write test plans and scripts or test automats. * Update test repositories. * Propose and implement quality, preventive or corrective actions. * Perform the test review. "Smart Building Automation " is a project aims to manage all the equipement of Sagemcom site through a LabVIEW application. The project is about: * Controlling of the electrical equipment ; workshop lighting, external lighting, air-conditioner, restaurant extractor and rainwater pump, installed on the site Sagemcom NRJ Technology via LabVIEW application. * Monitoring of power consumption and efficiency in real time. * Design and construction of an electrical wardrobe by implementing smart electrical counter ‘Linky S15 S25’.
