• Gathering and analyzing business requirements for process automation. • Leading functional scoping workshops and identifying RPA opportunities. • Writing user stories and managing the RPA backlog. • Modeling business processes to be automated (Workflow). • Drafting detailed functional specifications (PDD) for development teams. • Participating in Agile ceremonies: daily meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospectives. • Coordinating between business teams and RPA developers to ensure proper understanding and delivery of requirements. • Conducting and monitoring functional tests and user acceptance testing (UAT). • Supporting the deployment of automated processes and training end-users. • Collecting post-deployment feedback and managing process enhancements and optimizations. • Contributing to the automation roadmap and monitoring robot performance.
