Project Director for clients performing major digital transformations and creating value through innovative products & data valorization. Missions: - Automotive | Group Master Data Managent support for Finance and Controlling data migration (SAP S/4HANA): redefinition of migration strategy (>100 entities to manage over 4 years); steering activities for the first entities (onboarding, functional scoping, legacy data cleansing, identification of optimal migration method, mappings, data quality monitoring, cutover definition, testing & validation); continuous capitalization and improvement to enable scaling - Insurance | Support to the Customer Relationship Program Director, major business and digital transformation of the Group (8 projects, 180+ FTEs, annual IT budget > €12M): strategic and operational management (committee structure, risk and dependency management, construction of strategic vision and target organization, change management); product and data strategy (introduction of Agile at scale principles tailored to the organization, PM synchronization, development of operational roadmaps with a cross-functional use case approach) - Luxury - Skincare | Pre-scoping of several Data use cases: functional specifications, identification of technical and data prerequisites, qualitative assessment of complexity and impact, definition of product phasing (MVP, V1, V2, etc.), proposal of high-level orientations for functional and technical architectures - Insurance | Audit of the Group's Data/AI initiative: 360° analysis of the Data Office (platform, use cases, organization, Data & AI services); diagnostic(strengths and improvement areas); roadmap proposal (securing and prioritizing quick-wins before industrializing the approach) Management: - Team staffing management (>50 people) - Internal activities for knowledge capitalization and sharing

On June 9, 2023, I had the great honor of serving as the sponsor for the Master’s graduation ceremony of the Graduate School Science of Engineering and Systems at Université Paris-Saclay (https://www.universite-paris-saclay.fr/graduate-schools/graduate-school-sciences-de-lingenierie-et-des-systemes-sis). Approximately 600 graduates were in attendance, some accompanied by their families and/or loved ones. It was a humbling experience to share my journey and make it inspiring in such a remarkable setting. “Thanks to the consolidation on the Saclay plateau and the creation of disciplinary Graduate Schools, you have benefited from a rich ecosystem fostering intellectual curiosity and strong multidisciplinarity. You are equipped to build the interdisciplinary bridges so essential today for reinventing our society. Whatever path you have chosen —teaching, research, industry, expertise, entrepreneurship— you will make significant contributions.” Once again, congratulations to all the graduates!
