• Production and dissemination of results (Life Insurance and Welfare) to BPCE Group and All the Savings Banks. • Analysis of results in Life Insurance and Welfare: Turnover, subscriptions, free / regular payments, diversification...... • Development of punctual or durable monitoring for the Banks. • Administer "Ecustat" Intranet by ensuring its maintenance and proper operation. • Manage and ensure the consistency, quality and update of SAS database for all the service. Consolidated steering project Natixis assurance-CNP: • Participate in the trans-coding of Natixis assurances data. • Implementation of the architecture of the new Natixis assurances CNP databases. • Prepare, ensure the development of different monitoring Ecureuil Vie with the new Natixis Assurances offer.

• Setting up a new dashboard tool dedicated to weekly monitoring of commercial activity (pre-sales) -Collection of requirements: defining the scope, selecting indicators, exchange with various Regional Banks. -Design, implementation and acceptance of customisable treatments for the extraction of indicators (SAS), the supply and formatting of the dashboard (Excel / VBA) • Study and analysis of casualty campaign (Business Action): -Volumetry of targeted customers according combinations of criteria (canals, institutions ...). -Comparison of "targeted vs untargeted" results by distinguishing the equipment and integrating the notion of the average amounts by customers. • Piloting MOA work related to the control system and contribution to the work.

• Produce dashboards on assets for customers (UCITS: equities, obligations…..). • Develop IT tools for automating client portfolio inventories (Excel /VBA). • Develop the various regulatory and inventory reporting (Basel II, Solvency II).

• Implement a tool to track KPIs. • Produce dashboards and regular reporting to monitor the activity of the group. • Preparing the monthly report on the PWB business (Public Whole dirty Banking) for the steering committee.

• Analyse the sales network production indicators (ACP, temporal production forecast, descriptive statistics); • Develop a reporting tool and formatting the dashboard for monitoring the activity of the commercial network in France (SAS / Excel VBA).
