Decathlon is set to enhance its Digital User Experience by introducing a new tool that allows users to customize products directly, aligning with our zero stock policy. This innovative system comprises a web app built with Next.js for a seamless, fast interface, GraphQL for optimized data queries, Shopify for robust e-commerce backend capabilities, and Java for secure, feature-flagged backend logic. My tasks : Built a team (5 developers, PO, QA) from scratch and set weekly targets for each teammate based on their experience, skills, and personal goals. Built GCP Cloud infrastructure, set up Cloudflare, GitHub, coding environment (VSCode), logging, authentication, tracking, and layouts. Created and updated the C4 Model and project Wiki. Proposed scenarios and challenged UX design proposals. - Pushed releases and coordinated pen tests with an external provider.

My Tasks I created from scratch a SaaS for sales purchase for Decathlon retail suppliers. I on-borded 2 developpers and created technical documentation including C4 design. I set up cloud infrastructure

I worked with the SAP Advanced Planner and Optimizer operational team to create several ABAP programs and build from scratch a SaaS to optimize supply packaging, compute the best packaging dimensions depending on finish good and of production quantity . I created documentation, C4 design and onboarded 2 junior developers.

I worked with "Plan Validation Conception" team as backend developer, to create a new tool for providing a generic rules to check for product design validation.
