- Detection of degradation in the cells and 2G, 3G, and 4G radio sites of SFR's mobile network in Paris region. - Analysis and resolution of anomalies in the antenna chain of SFR's 2G, 3G, and 4G network in Paris Region. - QoS audit of 2G, 3G, and 4G radio sites following various corrective actions. - Monitoring of 2G, 3G, and 4G radio KPIs (call failures, traffic, and call quality). - Technical upgrade of 2G, 3G, and 4G engineering configurations and deployment rules in the SFR network. - SFR's technical representative in mobile radio services presentations with suppliers (Nokia, Huawei, Alcatel). - Development and industrialization of a comprehensive solution for identifying and correcting anomalies in SFR's 2G, 3G, and 4G network. - Bi-monthly reporting on the technical progress of the project to improve the performance of 2G, 3G, and 4G radio sites in SFR's IDF network, including forecasts. - Management of MOE (Methods, Organization, and Tools) for corrective actions: antenna replacement, RET or MHA installation, mechanical tilt adjustment. - Investigation and resolution of 3G and 4G voice/data incidents for customers, with follow-up on corrective actions. - Optimisation of 2G, 3G, and 4G site coverage to meet QoS requirements.

- Antenna swapping and planning for handover with Huawei's OMC. - Configuration of Huawei's MBTS and 2G, 3G, and 4G cards using scripts on LMT. - Drive testing of pilot sites in local cells and clusters, and extraction of log files. - Implementation of the Huawei SingleRAN solution supporting 2G, 3G, and 4G within the same radio site. - Preparation of prerequisites for carrying out the 2G, 3G cluster swap. - Extraction of KPIs after the implementation of the Huawei SingleRAN solution.

- Study of the migration from 3G to 4G at Maroc Telecom Core Network - Performance testing of the ATCA solution at Maroc Telecom Core Network - Integration of the ATCA (Advanced Telecom Computer Architecture) solution

- Study of SDH (Synchronous Digital Hierarchy) technology - Maintenance of the transmission network and its telecom equipments
