Tasks: Provide second line support to solve technical issues on customer’s internet lines and on Fixed Access and IP Network. Fixed Access interventions on: - OLTs and ONTs (Adtran and Huawei). - CPEs: several brands. Configuration, technical issues solving. - OSP: OTDR results analysis. Interventions on: splitters, drop cables, fiber optic paths. - Internet lines provisioning/troubleshooting - VoIP: provisioning/troubleshooting Network interventions on: - All types of routers: Access, Aggregation and Edge/Core routers. Different brands and models: Cisco (NCS 5000, NCS 55A1), Juniper (MX 204, ACX7100) and Huawei NE05-SQ. - WAN links issues: fiber optic cables or SFPs replacement; link upgrade, link migrations supervision, - IP configurations: provisioning on OLTs and routers, subnetting - DHCP servers: static IP addresses, IP pools. - LAN: Ethernet/WiFi configuration/troubleshooting Applications: - Network monitoring: via Nagios, Grafana, Zabbix, Kentik. - Network mapping (OSP): via ArcGIS. - Customers info management: via CRM, Hobs. - Network incidents management: via Zendesk. Servers: Use and intervene on following servers: DHCP, DNS, Syslog, Speedtest server, Zabbix server. Technologies: - Fixed Access: NG-PON2, XGS-PON and GPON - IP Network (WLAN/LAN): routing (BGP, ISIS), IPv4 and IPv6, Bundle Ethernet, EVPN, QSFP, VLANs/ VLANs interfaces, trunks, DHCP, DNS, NAT/CGNAT, - Peering: PNI and NNI.

Tasks: FTTX architecture: network diagram conception/design (Fixed Access and Core networks), engineering documents writing (HLD/LLD). Testing/validation: - FTTx devices before implementation: OLTs/Virtual OLTs, SDN, ONTs, CPEs, cards etc. XGS-PON products. - SDN/SD-WAN (Calix E7-2 and SMx). Calix Cloud (WiFi devices management solution). - network devices: routers, WiFi devices: WIFI 6/802.11ax capable routers, Mesh.

Product support: intervention directly to Adtran's clients (Community fiber, Toob, Trooli, ZZoomm etc. ), on complex technical issues on FTTX equipments, on GPON, NG-PON2(10g) technologies. Reproducing technical issues in laboratory. Validation: testing new FTTx devices: OLTs/Virtual OLTs, SDN, ONTs, CPEs, CPEs with ONT integrated, cards, SFPs/QSFPs etc. Training: courses delivered to Adtran’s employees.

In charge of the migration of FTTH (GPON) clients from La Poste network to Tango network. Working on FTTH and FTTO networks. OLTs : Nokia 7360 BRAS : Nokia 7750

Fiber optic networks designing: Metro, Ethernet on fiber (point to point, point to multipoint), Dark fiber, Long-haul, DWDM. OSP. Network diagrams drawing up via Visio. Project management via Salesforce.

KPI audit: technical improvements, rewording of the KPIs. Network QoS audit: Audit of Telecom operators methodology to measure the QoS on their GPON and ADSL network. Post-processing: based on tests performed on GPON&ADSL telecom operators network in Oman, and on drive tests. Presentations and trainings: with Visio and Power Point. Recommendations: technical modifications proposals on existing Telecom legal texts

Design/engineering: -in charge of designing wired and wireless networks and system solutions for clients. -catalogue and technical brochures writing. ADSL, ADSL2+, XDSL deployment: Missions: -testing and deploying Cisco switches 3550, 3750, Huaweî 5624 and Cisco routers 7603. -testing and deploying 5300 and 5600T Huaweî IP DSLAM, and troubleshooting on these devices. -configuration files performing for Cisco 3550, 3750, 7603 Huawei DSLAMs, ISAM, GELT/IAM. -supervision management system: Huawei: N2000 (ADSL) ALU: AMS 5520 (FTTx) and ALU OLT alarm codes. -responsible for DHCP configurations all over the France (national WAN) -IP ressources management (subnetting, ressources registration etc...) Results: Year 2007-2008: 1700 URA (ADSL sites) deployed goal: achieved. Year 2008-2009: 2270 URA (ADSL sites) deployed goal: achieved.

1st line network technician for Free (ISP) Taking calls about ADSL level 1 incidents: - Internet connexions creation and parameters settings. - miscellaneous breakdowns diagnosis (Microsoft and Linux systems, hardware etc.)
