Key challenges: Simplify EV service integration, pricing and billing for subsidiaries and partners, enhance operational performance (scalability, reliability, automation), and ensure compliance and security in a highly regulated energy environment. Delivered solutions and personal contributions: Backend Fleet management for B2B and B2C customers, including digitalized EV card ordering in partnership with THALES (Azure Functions, AWS Lambda, SFTP, PGP). Real-time aggregation of charging point data (status, availability, location). Advanced billing system and commercial offers providing flexibility to partners. contribution to the migration of the platform from Azure to AWS, ensuring a smooth transition and optimized cloud performance. Frontend Advanced dashboard / back-office for partners and local teams (Next.js / .NET API). Developer portal (full API référence and auto documentation) Real-time map to monitor EV stations and charging points (Next.js). Mobile development Field testing and jockey management app. Embedded navigation app powered by HERE, connected to microservices (React Native).
