Product being FIRCO Solution that ensure Banks Accounts and transactions Compliancy for anti-Money Laundry and fraudulent transactions. Missions  Lead plan and execution of projects and changes based on the different scope elements, dependencies, risks and hypothesis.  Act as primary client contact and escalation point, cultivating trusted partnerships and ensuring satisfaction.  Develop strategic roadmaps aligning tech solutions and design with clients’ business goals  Understand client needs and translating them into actionable plans, Projects and Changes  Conduct customer requirements elicitation and documentation activities  Manage customer expectations and ensure consultancy while appropriate  Negotiate with internal and external stakeholders to reconcile client expectations with delivery constraints  Define and manage deliverables to meet scope, quality, budget and timeline expectations.  Identify risks and hypothesis, define, plan and control for risks responses  Monitor projects performance and track project progress  Manage internal and external issues and act as top problem solver point and creative decider  Obtain customer acceptance of projects and change’s deliverables  Facilitate project handover to operational teams and key users by preparing comprehensive documentation, onboarding materials, and transition plans.

As part of the TCC Gateway department, on maintaining the VALDI information system for financial markets system evolution, technical upgrades, maintenance, business and regulatory requirements; my role was to plan, coordinate and lead transversal projects from business needs elicitation and projects initiation to production set up and projects closure. As part of the CACIB EUCLID Project Management Office on evolving the information system toward an eKYC solution; my role was to balance business and regulatory requirements in order to deliver a performant and compliant solution. The product scope was the "Trading Line Handler": Products Responsible for the Communication and Interfacing of Trading Transactions between Stock Exchange Information Systems and the overall FIS Solutions.
