I have developed my skills in a wide range of design — service design, user experience, user research and visual design — in collaboration with experts such as : engineers, developers, designers, communication managers, project analysts, product owners. I have supported large companies in their efforts to design new innovative processes as well as products and services (Design Sprint, User centered approach)and helped them to identify and validate their problem to ultimately craft, design and test their solution. I have learnt a lot about project management, and that it requires commitment and a fluid group dynamic — these are the key ingredients to be really innovative.
