Project portfolio manager with a multinational team (Mexico, Spain and Uruguay). Development banking products and services, software and system implementation, automation of cybersecurity, data management, financial and legal processes - Report to the CXOs and manage a PMO team of 5 people. Responsibilities: - Selecting and prioritizing projects that align with strategic objectives; - Planning and managing resources in terms of projects; - Planning and coordinating +150 projects; - Following-up +80 developers and application managers; - Communicating with and supporting the project owners, especially in regards to risks, issues, and dependencies to find solutions; - Gathering data about project progress and presenting to the steering committee. 3. Project manager mobile banking project. Development of the first digital bank in Mexico - Report to the Lead PMO. Responsibilities: - Planning and coordinating +30 projects; - Managing dependencies across multiple projects; - Gathering data about project progress and producing reports. 4. Project manager in an insurance company. Implement change management strategies to effect, control and help employees adapt to new business processes. Responsibilities: - Designing operation procedures manuals; - Communicating and capacitating +50 employees; - Defining KPIs and metrics to measuring the performance and improvement.
