UX/UI Designer | Redefining User Experiences for B2B & B2C Platforms | Collaborated with the CEO to align UX strategy with business goals, enhancing user engagement and revenue. Conducted user interviews across departments to improve product engagement, translating insights into design enhancements. Restructured content and navigation for better accessibility and discoverability of travel experiences. Created low to high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes in Figma for B2B and B2C travel booking flows. Developed intuitive navigation and booking flows to boost usability and engagement. Implemented inclusive design principles to meet accessibility standards (WCAG). Collaborated with engineers and the CTO to ensure design feasibility and smooth documentation handoff. Used Google Analytics for iterative design improvements, enhancing platform performance and conversion rates. Key Projects: Redesigning an existing B2B travel platform ALYDA, refining user flows and improving the interface to align with evolving customer needs while maintaining brand consistency. Laying the groundwork for a future B2C expansion, ensuring the current redesign is adaptable and scalable for a broader audience in the future. Designing conversational AI interfaces to enhance user interaction, making the travel planning experience more intuitive and engaging.

Led urban design competition organization, conducting user research, stakeholder interviews and field studies to gather insights on public space needs and urban behavior. Developed prototypes and design frameworks to test usability and accessibility in urban environments. Lead designing user-centric public spaces, ensuring a balance between aesthetic, functionality and real-world usability. Focused on how people interact with urban spaces, optimizing wayfinding, accessibility and engagement through UX principles. Coordinated a multidisciplinary team of urban planners, architects and city officials, ensuring all design solutions met technical, social and environmental needs.

I can evaluate my experience at DS as a significant knowledge-building endeavor, particularly in the realms of inclusive design and user experience. Being part of the team at Turkey's most prestigious architectural firm was truly rewarding. My responsibilities extended beyond drafting comprehensive and complex landscape projects at various scales to include visually supporting and showcasing DS's corporate identity and achievements. Creating posters for small-scale internal conferences honed my skills in visual communication design, emphasizing accessibility and clarity for all users. Developing content for presentations on national and international platforms allowed me to delve deeply into communication design, highlighting the importance of conveying information effectively to diverse audiences. This experience underscored the value of user-centered design principles in creating engaging and understandable content.

During my time at Praxis, I had the opportunity to foster my data visualization skills and dive more into the human-centered design. Our mission was to explore innovative approaches in landscape design, constantly seeking ways to create visually striking elements that not only express groundbreaking ideas but also contribute to the overall development of the city. This role allowed me to push boundaries and think creatively, utilizing design to transform landscapes into captivating and impactful spaces that inspire and engage. I can proudly identify myself as a "concept designer" in my role at Praxis. I dedicated significant effort to conceptualizing clever and innovative ideas for our projects, constantly pushing the boundaries of design thinking. Alongside creating visually appealing elements, I also generated academic writings that delved into the depths of our projects, providing a comprehensive understanding of the underlying concepts. This multifaceted approach allowed me to contribute not only visually but also intellectually, bringing forth thought-provoking ideas.

I worked as a landscape designer on a range of projects, from large urban spaces to small urban squares. I focused on creating designs that blended nature and human elements to enhance user experience. Using my skills in 3D modeling and project presentations, I brought these designs to life, engaging clients and stakeholders. Beyond design, I led projects and ensured their successful execution while managing client relationships. I prioritized user needs and feedback throughout the design process to ensure functional and enjoyable spaces.

As a visual communication designer at ITU Corporate Communication Office, I held a vital role in shaping the visual identity of the organization. My primary responsibility was to create visual communication materials, ensuring that news and updates were visually engaging and impactful. I designed and published content using various visual elements, including edited photos, banners, posters, and infographics, effectively conveying information to the target audience. Additionally, I played a key role in generating engaging post texts that complemented the visual components. Through this experience, I honed my skills in writing, editing, and visual communication design, making significant strides in delivering effective and visually appealing communication materials.
