• Designed and implemented a hybrid methodology combining SQL-based historical analysis and machine learning (Random Forest, Gradient Boosting) to estimate lost revenue across ~50,000 marketplace connections and 25,000+ sellers • Quantified $450–550M in lost Gross Merchandise Sales (GMS), uncovering a highly concentrated impact where just 1% of affected sellers drove 40–45% of total losses • Addressed a 65% data gap (16,687 missing merchants) using ML predictions achieving R² of 0.75–0.85, with full uncertainty quantification via Coefficient of Variation • Built a reproducible incident analysis framework on AWS (S3, Redshift, Athena) for use in future business disruptions • Contributed to two additional projects: an unbuyability data pipeline and a Selexor reporting revamp with QuickSight dashboards Stack: Python (scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy, matplotlib), SQL, AWS (S3, Redshift, Athena), Amazon QuickSight

<- Detailed description -> - Designed and evaluated an automated meal classification pipeline from unstructured textual data (50k+ entries) using Large Language Models (LLMs) and Knowledge Graphs (KGs). - Conducted a comparative study of large-scale LLMs (LLaMA 3.3, DeepSeek-R1, Mistral MoE), with and without Knowledge Graph augmentation, for meal structuring (starter / main course / dessert). - Implemented advanced prompt engineering techniques, including domain-specific personas (nutritionist), few-shot learning, strict JSON output constraints, and hallucination control. - Integrated nutrition knowledge graph metadata (food group information) into prompts and analyzed its impact on model performance. - Defined and automated a comprehensive evaluation framework, including MCQ-based reasoning tests, binary classification, structural correction tasks, and metrics such as precision, recall, F1-score, and hallucination rate. - Performed a critical analysis of the limitations of static KG-augmented prompting (context overload, “NO” bias, hallucinations) and proposed technical improvements, including dynamic RAG, LoRA / prompt-tuning, and automated output validation. - Delivered annotated datasets to support a sequential recommendation system (RNN-based) for personalized nutrition.
