Contributed to the industrialization of Woodybus by conducting comprehensive risk analyses and implementing preventive solutions to ensure product quality and operational safety. Applied Lean Manufacturing principles to optimize processes and reduce waste throughout the production phase. Participated in the 3D modeling and design of components to support effective decision making and improve manufacturability.

As part of the professional track in Project Management "PERFECT," I hold the position of Quality and Risk Manager for the project we are conducting in collaboration with CHU Nantes. My responsibilities include: Quality Management - Oversight of the quality of all deliverables to ensure alignment with client requirements and expectations. - Review and verification of deliverables for compliance with set standards. - Coordination with the team to address quality issues. Risk Management - Identification, assessment, and mitigation of potential project risks. - Application of the AMDEC method to analyze failure modes, evaluate effects, and prioritize risks. - Implementation of preventive measures to minimize risk impacts.
