- Support business solution projects in both pre- and post-deployment phases, focusing on user research, low-fi and high-fi prototyping, UX audits, and metrics restitution. - Apply agile methodologies to ensure efficient project delivery and adaptability. - Manage design processes, from qualification of the problem/context, UX research to the delievery and closure of projects, while accommodating the challenges of a large-scale, cross-functional environments. - Project references: Redesign of complex industrial web applications, Power BI interfaces, and architecture, as well as UX facilitation & workshops

- Founded UXALTANT, a collective dedicated to evangelizing UX and product design by fostering various projects to apply methodologies for practical learning. - Led the hiring of project managers and selected members to build a diverse and skilled team (30 member) - Ensured effective project management for various initiatives, including events, app creation, marketing, and user research. - Facilitated workshops to educate members on UX and UI design principles, fostering a collaborative learning environment. - Developed and prepared examinations to assess members understanding and skills in UX and UI design. - Promoted best practices in design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency in design processes across projects. - Achieved a measurable improvement, with 30 members gaining an average of 3 points in competencies compared to their starting point six months ago at the initiative's inception.
