* Providing legal advice and support to operational departments on regulatory and contractual aspects of national and international projects; * Conducting in-depth analysis and monitoring of regulatory developments related to compliance and safety (European and national legislation); * Actively contributing to the implementation and follow-up of risk management policies, in collaboration with internal teams and the Legal Department; * Developing and updating legal frameworks and internal documentation to ensure operational compliance; * Analyzing and implementing new regulatory requirements, particularly in the areas of CSR (CSRD directive) and circular economy; * Drafting and reviewing legal and contractual documents related to the company’s innovative projects; * Acting as liaison with regulatory authorities and stakeholders in the context of strategic initiatives.

Corporate law: company formation, delegation of authority, drafting bylaws, and registered office transfers. Sales-oriented contract activities: real estate law and commercial law.

Supporting companies with legal procedures, including administrative formalities, across all stages of corporate operations.

Drafting contracts and overseeing related administrative procedures.

Support for supply chain and purchasing operations: supplier coordination, drafting of contractual documents, internal compliance, and reporting.
