Achievements:  As a Data Analyst / Data Engineer for the Reporting DWH: implemented a scoring system, took an active part in streamlining and automating the collection cycle, which increased collections by 15 % on an annual basis.  As the Business Analyst for Debtor’s Portal: - improved requirements management, change request pipeline, enriched the process with feasibility study, which resulted in a 20% shorter time to delivery for change requests; throughput is about 10 change requests on a monthly basis; - documented and followed through to production live chat for the Scandinavian countries; - documented and followed through to production Debtors Portal Germany. Responsibilities: Build and maintain the ETL data pipeline, data pre-processing and data profiling using AI, define and document transformation rules, conduct explorative, descriptive and diagnostic data analysis; produce PoC; integrate Debtors Portal data feeds, build advanced SQL queries; elicit and document report requirements; elicit, document and maintain the requirements for a new credit cycle management tool; evolve the Data Warehouse structure and performance; data versioning, table partitioning and archiving, prepare a business orchestration PoC on Camunda and cost benefit analysis; model the collection cycle business processes for orchestration document, prepare data and oversee predictive ML projects: prioritize the dialer queue based on the probability of getting a Promise to Pay (PTP) using a simple linear regression algorithm; segment debtors using the K-means clustering algorithm.

Objective: Build a new company wide notifications and subscriptions engine. Responsibilities: Conducted a discovery, elicited and documented business requirements, translated business requirements into functional and non-functional and integration requirements, produced wireframes, produced a relational database model, built and managed the backlog, communicated with stakeholders at all stages of the project, created user stories and acceptance criteria, prepared UAT scenarios.
